At Wooden Ships Boutique, we want you to love the clothes that you have purchased. But, we know that sometimes it just doesn’t look right when you check it out at home. We understand.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your item in the post. If you are returning at item to Wooden Ships Boutique for a refund or exchange, it must be received at our store within that same14 day period.

After that time we are unable to provide a refund or an exchange.

If you do need to return an item to us, we ask that your items are returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Returns

If you need to make a return, please email us at info@woodenships.com.au

Please let us know the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • The item you wish to return
  • Reason for return.

We suggest you send your item back using an Australia Post pre-paid satchel as you’ll receive a tracking number. Please let us know the tracking number so that we know it’s coming and can keep an eye out for it.

Note: Shipping costs for both sending and returning of items to Wooden Ships Boutique are at the customer’s expense unless the item is deemed faulty.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your item back to the store, we’ll check it first to make sure that it’s in original condition.

If it is, we’ll process your refund within one working day. We’ll let you know via email once we have done that.

If, for some reason, the item is not in a suitable condition, we may need to send it back to you.

The refund will cover your order amount excluding shipping costs.

Any refunds will automatically be issued to the original payment method used when you first placed your order. That includes AFTERPAY.

Sale Items

All sales on reduced products are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items

All items are quality inspected before we ship them to you. However, if for any reason you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to replace, exchange or refund the garment at your preference.

Please contact us with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so that we can resolve this as fast as possible for you.

Please note that faults do not include normal wear and tear and does not include buttons falling off during use. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Earrings

Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.
